Maintenance Details : We will be performing upgrade maintenance on the data center component in the eu-west-2 (London) region.
Date and Time: April 11th, 2026, 00:00 UTC to April 12th, 2026, 04:00 UTC
Impact: Remote Access VPN customers will be administratively disconnected from eu-west-2. They must reconnect manually, but will be automatically redirected to an alternate site. They may receive a certificate error if they are not using the "Auto Select" VPN option.
