Maintenance Details : We are performing standard upgrades to the Cisco Secure Connect Remote Access infrastructure. During this period, traffic will be redirected to an alternate environment to ensure service continuity.
Date and Time: April 27th, 23:00 UTC to April 28th, 03:00 UTC
Impact: During the scheduled maintenance window, customers may experience brief VPN service interruptions, including temporary disconnections and a potential reduction in traffic throughput for approximately 15 minutes. VPN connections will automatically re-establish for users with auto-reconnect enabled; others may need to manually reconnect once the activity is complete.
