Investigating
We have identified an issue related to certificates issued by a third-party certificate vendor that affects SWG traffic.
Customers with file inspection enabled are not expected to be affected; customers without it may continue to experience SWG traffic disruptions while we roll out a fix. We’re deploying the fix across the affected services and will provide further updates as the rollout progresses.
