Cisco will continue the phased traffic steering rollout for non-Reserved IP SWG roaming customers in Japan. During these maintenance windows, non-Reserved IP SWG roaming traffic will be gradually shifted to DCv2 data centers according to the revised schedule below.

The July 21st, 16:00 - 17:00 UTC phase (0% to 10%) has been completed.

The remaining rollout phases are scheduled as follows:

Affected customers may experience access issues with some Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook and Office applications, where related Microsoft hostnames may be matched to these Copilot application categories and blocked by policy.
