Brief service degradation to SWG service in Atlanta DC

Starting from 2025/11/11 1:30 UTC, we noticed some service degradation in Atlanta DC which might cause some interruption to some of our SWG services there.

The root cause of which however, has been quickly identified and resolved, all services should have been restored by 2:05 UTC.
